Caroline joined the FIA in 2022 after working at a nonprofit where she coordinated economic and conflict resolution programs in the Middle East and North Africa. She also worked at a think tank that specializes in national security and foreign trade policy. Caroline graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning degrees in Economics and Peace, War and Defense.
