Prior to Afero he was CTO of Emerging Technologies for Broadcom and held various CTO leadership positions at Symantec and Blue Coat Systems. His current research includes 6G, AI, IoT and the hyper-connected edge, and the impacts of upcoming technology on cyber security, privacy, and society.
