  • 2026 Honoree in Digital Health
tSense is the world’s first Swiss-made, non-invasive saliva sensor that measures testosterone in real time. Using breakthrough sensing chemistry with three patents pending, it delivers accurate results from a saliva sample in just three minutes. The device is designed for at-home use and connects via Bluetooth to the gSense AI Healthcare system for analysis, tracking, and personalized insights. Testosterone imbalance affects an estimated 150 million men worldwide, while more than 1.2 billion women are transitioning through perimenopause and menopause—conditions where hormone monitoring is critical. Today, testing requires invasive blood draws or mail-in kits with delayed results. tSense eliminates these barriers, enabling frequent, painless testing at home. It can be used independently or alongside cortiSense, creating the first multi-hormone monitoring solution. Applications span men’s health, perimenopause, menopause, sports performance, therapy management, and preventive care—delivering real-time access to hormone insights previously available only in clinical settings.
