SOLVIT-BRIDGE saves the lives of individuals lost in radio-shadow areas—where securing the rescue golden time is extremely difficult—by using intelligent radio-repeating drones. Radio-shadow areas are often called rescue dead zones because E911 location services are unavailable. These environments are typically vast, and rescue operations in such conditions often fail, even when considerable time and resources are invested. Firstly, SOLVIT-BRIDGE reduces primary search areas by up to 1/25. The designation process—leveraging modern radio coverage analysis and proprietary time-series inference—is fully automated. Secondly, the system enables searches up to 200 times faster than those conducted by human teams, through intelligent operation of radio-repeating drones. It also improves search reliability to over 95%, as it is unaffected by foliage, fog, snowfall, or darkness—limitations of camera drones. The product helps save lives within the golden time while also reducing social costs and the burden on rescuers.
