Skinsight
Developed in collaboration with MIT, SkinsightTM is an advanced electronic skin platform for precise skin aging analytics. The system features an integrated sensor patch, Bluetooth module, and a mobile app including AI. With a high-sensitivity strain sensor, SkinsightTM measures micron-level skin deformations, improving prediction accuracy. The patch’s sensors monitor UV/blue light, temperature, moisture, and mechanical deformation; auxetic kirigami and dumbbell hole patterns ensure reliable long-wear data. Real-time Bluetooth transmission enables continuous 24-hour monitoring. Using each user’s representative 24-hour lifestyle profile, AI identifies which factors are dominant in that individual’s skin aging and models the composite exposome (overlap and acceleration effects among the four exposures). Leveraging 24-hour signals plus our longitudinal dataset, the system predicts the location and degree of future aging, then recommends targeted products and routines matched to the user’s dominant drivers.
