To support your journey, we’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you navigate international travel with confidence — from visa planning to arrival in Las Vegas. Let’s make your CES experience seamless, so you can focus on what really matters: shaping the future.

The first step for all attendees is to complete your registration for CES 2026. All CES registrants from outside the U.S. will receive an official CES Letter of Invitation to support visa applications. Information collected during registration for CES will be added to the letter, including your legal name, matching your passport, hotel information, and company name. Once registration is complete and approved, you will automatically receive a letter of invitation via email. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are part of an International Delegation, please wait to receive your unique registration link directly from your delegation leader. Do not register through the main CES registration page.

The U.S. Government recommends applying for a visa as early as possible. Learn more about how you can determine your visa category, apply for your visa and prepare for U.S. Customs. 

We recommend booking all flight and hotel accommodations at least 1-2 months prior to CES. CES registrants can book hotels through our official hotel provider OnPeak.

Our international registrants have access to a variety of opportunities to learn more about CES and find other ways to get involved, such as joining the Delegation Leader Program or attending the pre-show webinar.
